Your friend probably has no idea what he is getting.
More than likely, it is a slightly higher-than-usual powered laserbeam. Unfortunatly for your friend however, battery supplies suck for that sort of application, and he will probably have to run through hundreds of batteries for a little bit of usage. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
