Since you're new to the job, he probably doesn't know your character too well yet, which mean memoriable gifts won't have a strong effect.
One off, expendable gifts are useful and when presented with a well written card, it can highlight your practicalness and attention to detail to your boss' personal likes. With this, I think a specific gift vouchers like valet car wash or movie pass will do. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
