The only thing I like in this Guatemalan kitchen for practical reasons is the vegetable chopper. Does it in two seconds instead of the time it takes to mince all that shit by hand. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

Come to think of it I don't use any of this fancy shit. The most handy thing I use is a fucking funnel. About five times a day.
