Only if your graphics card has input capabilites; which is very unlikely.
What is the specific brand and model of your card? Also, what is the output plug for your PS2? S-Video? If so, then you can probably find some s-video to vga adapters on places like amazon for a reasonable price. Jam it back in, in the dark.
