It's a possibility that in the future someone will homebrew an app that can do it, considering that Nintendo is going to be launching the WiiWare channel sometime in the near future that allows people to release exclusive Wii content. Who knows how much they're going to police what you can find on there, though. Knowing Nintendo, it might not be as open as people would like. There's nowhere I can't reach.
