 AeroGarden! I saw this on TV the other day and I thought it was basically the coolest thing ever, because I love fresh baby greens in salads... and supposedly you can grow lettuce and keep it growing for up to 6 months, never having to buy bagged lettuce at the grocery store. I know I've had to throw away a lot of greens because they go rancid so fast, even if you don't open the package.  La Marzocco machine!!! The best espresso machine ever. I know it's kind of a pipe dream for me to ever have one in my kitchen, because the freakin' things are like $10 grand because need a wilter filtration system installed in your house. The little mini-espresso bars that they have for sale just don't cut it. Jam it back in, in the dark.

I've also made smoothies and stuff when i bring fruit and yogurt from home. And the guys in the restaurant next door come over and use them to make their soups and sauces once in a while. Blendtecs are pretty much amazing. There's nowhere I can't reach.
