Duke Nukem Forever: 2006?

I'm secretly hoping it's an utter trainwreck of a game. At this point, it has to either be spectacularly awesome, or spectacularly awful.

What publisher would let this drag on for nine years, though? There are fully completed games that have been axed for the sake of profit margins (or foolish preconceptions about profit margins). After five, they should have just pulled the plug.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Shenanegans. The companies who would do something like this are all bankrupt now. Acclaim, 3D0, and their ilk are gone. Nobody still in the game would do something that stupid.
