Mondays and Wednesdays for me, but it's mostly because I had most of my classes land on those days. That way, I get every class out of the way by Wednesday afternoon, leaving me with a big chunk of study/free time. I'm one of the lucky ones though, so I don't expect this arrangement to last come next semester.
