What's your busiest day?
Mine is the day that I've to service at ward in my hospital in university from 7 am to 10 pm!
That day I've to help my seniors (Extern & Intern) CPR 6 patients who've cardiac arrest (in easy word their heart stop beating) and I found that I've only approx. 10 min to sit and didn't have time to eat my lunch and dinner, so...I eat them in one time at 12 pm after my breakfast at 6 am. (The worst thing is the next day I've to wake up at 5 am to take blood sampling from patients at 5.30 am!) Medical student's life is killing me T-T |
Mine would probably be Friday. Work from 9-5 and then going out with friends till whenever. Other then time at work alot of my freetime is subjective to whatever im feeling, but on Fridays its almost required that I go out.
|
Sunday. Wake up VERY early in the morning (8AM? Ugh!), go to church, turn on all of the sound equipment, check all of the lav mic's batteries, but then everything calms down and I press some buttons on the mixing console for an hour, but then it gets crazy again when I have to mix for the band. They are very disorganized which angers me and makes me forget simple stuff. Then I press some more buttons during the next service. When I get home, I take the recording of the sermon and do a ton of editing on it, then I take it to someone else for duplication and further processing. Then I go back to bed.
|
Monday. I have three classes, one at 9:30 to 10:30, one at 12:30 to 1:30 and one at 3:10 to 5:00pm. Monday night usually involves the most homework and housework after being completely lazy over the weekend and making a mess...
|
All my weekdays are the same, except for evening television. :p
M-F: 6am wake up. 7am leave for work. 9am-5pm work. 7pm back home. 8pm-midnight be awesome. 1am sleep (except on Friday where it's more like 5am sleep). Repeat. |
Tuesdays I guess.. Which is only because I have band from 8-10 p.m.
Other than that, my life isn't crazy.. =[ |
Definitely Wednesdays. I two difficult classes back to back from 8:00 to 12:30, then I have to hurry home and eat lunch and get ready to teach. I have to leave for my teaching job at 1:30 to get to the lessons on time, which last from 2:00 to 5:15. Then, I come home, cook and eat dinner, and do as much studying as possible before I get tired and go to bed (I usually go to bed super early on Wednesdays). I might watch the news for half an hour before going to bed to help myself wind down.
|
My Wednesdays fairly suck...I have class from 9am - 3pm, then viola studio class from 4-6pm. So I'm kind of dead, and I have little to no time to practice my own music.
My Mondays are almost as bad. |
Tuesdays.
Although I have the same class schedule on Tuesdays and Thursdays, I don't have class on Fridays which lets me have the rest of Thursday, after classes, off. Tuesday classes lead into homework and studying (or whatever) for Wednesday classes. |
I really don't have busy days ever since I switched off from stagecrew to the dental office. In stagecrew, it wasn't unheard of to work a 24h inverted. That means I work from midnight to midnight, no sleep, 1 hour for break. In the dental office, I work four days a week at the most, and no more than 8 hours a day.
The worst I ever worked was at The UPS Store. During the holiday season, I worked an 84 hour week with no breaks. Then my boss refused me the standard $2000 holiday bonus. I just wanted to die. |
Wednesday is my shit day. Wake up at 7:15 for my 8am literature class, relax for a bit, then I have my 4-hour film theory class from 2-6, then Spanish from 6-8. After that I watch Lost from 9-10, then I'm usually done unless I go to the bar or something.
|
Tuesdays. Hands down.
I go to school from 8 AM - 2:30 PM , then right after that marching band from 2:30 - 5. I have a two hour break in between before I have to go back to school for Show Choir from 7 - 9. Then I go home, tired, and feeling durrty. |
lol.
I have no right to complain as my busiest day is Wednesdays w/two classes: Sociology 50m at noon; and Introduction to International Relations 150m at 6pm. |
Saturdays due to an 8 hour shift at work with an hour and twenty minutes of break.
|
Friday. I have class Monday through Friday, and work three random days a week. I always work on Friday though, and on Fridays, I won't get home until between 1 and 2 am. Other weekdays, I'll get home at about 11, so Friday is definitely the worst.
|
I haven't started my clinical rotations yet, but those will be twelve-hour shifts a couple days a week at the hospital along with taking the required few classes and labs during the day.
This semester is not too bad, but I still don't have much time outside of school. My busiest days are Tuesday and Thursday. I leave at 7 AM and don't get back home until 6 PM. I only have two classes and a lab on those days, but I have large gaps between them. |
NFL Sundays.
I get up at 10 am, shower, etc. Then I call my friends up at around 11 and they come over at around 12. Then we watch football from 1 pm until 7:45 pm, then go out and pick up food. Then eat and watch more football until 11:30 pm. Then watch post-game football coverage until about 1 am. Then do everything else I need to do that I skipped that day until about 5:30 am. Pretty much am up that day for 19 to 20 hours. Very busy and hectic, but fun day for me during football seasons. |
Wednesdays. Class from 11-12:20, 12:30-1:50, then 6:30-9:30. Then work at 2am to 4~5.
Work in general has messed up my schedule. Since I sleep at all these odd hours of the day, every day feels like a drag. |
for where I work, in our call center, it'd have to be Sunday. our ranks are so few that we're pretty much taking calls one after another, with no wait time, except on breaks on Sunday
|
Mondays for me, I take chats from customers to set up cable service, so we get the most chats then. After work I swim for a hour, when come home to look after my pets.
|
Thursdays are fairly heavy for me. I start at 10 in the morning with an hour and a half of vector calculus, then it's ordinary differential equations from 11:30 to 1:00. And then there's experimental methods from 1:00 to 2:30. I'm usually fairly hungry by the time I'm done.
And then there's the relativity and modern physics assignment that's usually due the next day which I have to finish if I haven't done so yet. |
My most busy day of the week is usually Friday, actually. I have classes during the day which require me to leave the office for a few hours.
I come back only to rush to clean up all the work for the week in the office and make sure everything is good to close for the weekend. Once I get home, I usually have plans to hit the road to go hang out with friends or something, so that puts me from the office to the road. I get out, have some fun, and usually crash pretty late. But hey. At least it's a Friday and I can sleep in on Saturday mornings, right? |
Any weekday can be busy for me. I don't have a particular day that is busier than the rest. It all depends on the amount of stuff that comes into the office for me to do as to how busy I am.
|
Tuesday's busy as I have class after 4 PM, and lunch break is always hectic due to insane queues. Friday's also bad as it's the only day I have no free periods and I go over and sort things out for the library in the afternoon.
