I was an addict of Return to Castle Wolfenstein in 2001/2002. I played all the time when I wasn't in classes, and I played in leagues. I vowed never to become so addicted to a game ever again, but then WoW came along!
I play Enemy Territory occasionally, but I think it pales in comparison to the original RTCW, even if it has some nice ideas like construction and command posts, etc. Addendum: I just realized how ancient that first screenshot is. It is a beta shot of Fueldump, when it looked most like the Forest map from the RTCW single player game. Fueldump was allegedly based on the forest map, and I can definitely see the influence. Jam it back in, in the dark.
