Soy ice cream?

The company Tofutti makes mini (and by mini I mean mini) ice cream sandwiches called cuties that are delicious. I haven't tried any of their other stuff, though.

That has to be my least favorite mint. The regular ice cream is good as well. Soy just has a very creamy texture, so it works well as ice cream.

I've never tried either of those, but I hate spearmint, so I don't think I'll be trying that one. I love the plain old vanilla and chocolate ones, though.
