You probably have epilepsy and just never knew it. I've played games pretty seriously my whole life. Never really had any problems with it until I was around 19~20 where dizziness started, eventually leading to poor sleep and then seizures. Tell you right now, seizures aren't fun. Had to go get my tongue stitched up because I bit it clean open during my first serious epileptic fit. Go get checked out if it doesn't stop soon.
