R4 is essentially the same thing as an M3, but with different graphics and the like. Same hardware, etc. Go with whatever you can find cheaper.
The only way to get GBA support is if you get a Slot-2 flash cart (a flash cart that has both a DS cart-sized cart and a GBA-sized cart). The same company that sells the M3 also offers a Slot-2 solution, as well as a bunch of other manufacturers like EZ Team. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |
