foobar should solve your problems easily with its flexible converter; also note that you should rename the files/folders in case your PC's language isn't set to Japanese, since the characters wouldn't show up.
You'll need a CUE splitter program, too, such as CUE Splitter. If you do manage to convert the files, you should change the extension and/or filename in the cue file to the same as the audio track, as well, by opening it up in Notepad -- make sure you don't change the timing of the tracks, however. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
