So near as I can make out, it all starts with a dude randomly kicking a bride in the gut. Then someone in the audience beats up the Mayor (you can tell because he's wearing a sash), and then it's a brawl from there. There are sparks in the background but luckily a fire is averted. While someone pummels a woman on the ground, the security men take away a man with exceedingly long hair, possibly a skullet left to seed.
