I just use OiNK's Pink Palace. Very good tracker with tons of seeds, and the files are very reliable.

My ratio has always been great there, because one time I downloaded a 2.5 GB Pink Floyd Discography, and was able to seed it for about 25 GB. So after that I had no problem. And, oh yeah, I downloaded this during the Christmas season when downloading didn't count towards your ratio.
 There's nowhere I can't reach. |
