I liked Mencia before he got famous. I saw his half-hour Comedy Central Presents show that came on several years before Chappelle's Show's debut and thought it was pretty funny. But once Mind of Mencia came out, he got old really fast. I don't know what everyone finds so funny about "I'm an obnoxious racist who isn't afraid to speak my mind! Let me demonstrate several times!" And I'm gonna punch the next person at work who says "Dee dee dee" in the neck.
As for stealing material, you'd have to be a moron not to see that Mind of Mencia is Chappelle's Show with a Mexican. Most amazing jew boots
