As I mentioned in the main Smash Brawl thread a couple forums up: I CAME.

Some of the stuff on there is really left field too. Like Streets of Rage or Digital Pinball.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

The OST combines the victory themes into the stage themes. The USF has them separate. As far as I'm aware, the OST is also missing the Character Select music. I don't remember the other major differences off the top of my head.
The RIP I have of Melee has a total of 80 tracks:

39 Actual Stage Songs, Intro Song, All-Star Intro Song, 2 Menu Themes, Victory Themes (Being Seperate), and then the music for mini-games like Multi-Man Melee & Tournaments. There's also the Trophies and then Stage Clear mini-songs. Finally at the end small songs, almost sound effects: Starman, Hammer, Warning Siren, and then the Ending Song.

So you're looking at least a good 40-45 actual "Songs" as opposed to just seperating the themes of the characters & other miscellaneous pieces.

Super Smash Bros Melee Soundtrack <-- The OST for Download/Comparison.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

because there is no Melee soundtrack.
Very important to point out that there is not an official one, mine is a RIP from the GC.

I cannot be 100% certain of the authenticity of that statement, but it can be found on the Trivia page for the game: http://www.mobygames.com/game/gamecu...s-melee/trivia.

And as for the original, There are indeed 28 Tracks, plus a few bonus "Club Mixes" of 4 of the songs, and a Sound Effect Collection. I'll upload that if you'd like.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
