Hellsing Ultimate is an OVA though, isn't it? OVAs go by totally different production schedules (which is why I'm still waiting for the next episode of Denpa Teki na Kanojo to come along).
As for CS1, I've heard a lot of awesome things about this show and hopefully, this will be a weekly release. Jam it back in, in the dark. My spheres of activity:
