College Internet Speed Issues
I'm currently in a college dorm and here are my results from speedtest.net:
While downloading a file:  While idle:  I think everyone is taking up the bandwidth with file sharing programs, etc. Is there any way I can get around this horrendous download speed issue? I'm downloading files at around 20 KB/ Sec. Jam it back in, in the dark.

My main issue with it is that I just can't stream any videos, which is really annoying.
There's nowhere I can't reach.

I use Internet Explorer. I used to use Firefox, but I think that IE causes less hassle. But the multiple connections was kind of what I was thinking of.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
