Gas prices fluctuate pretty damn easily, sometimes in 15 minutes or less (hell, my Marketing teacher told me this 2 years ago too).
Like here in Vancouver, prime time means lower gas prices so it's all good. Even hit the $.80 low that much that it created over 2m of cars lining up before gas prices inflate again.
