Very tough call. I know it's easier said than done but I advise you to move on. If this perv of a TA tried to sabotage you and this girl fell for it, I'm sure that it could have only escalated from there. It sounds like she got fooled by this guy, and working at the same place only helped it along. Just let her go on with her life, it's her mistake and you might even look at her pitifully if she ever realizes the impact of what she's done.
