Another googler, but:
Dogpile - Prior to google. I loved the idea of searching every single engine and the little outfits that the dog would wear depending on what holiday it was. Now it feels like information overload, unpopular, and disorganized. Lycos/Altavista - When I first discovered the internet. I didn't know any better ;_; Ask - What a joke. Even when I was young, I didn't think that butler could fetch me results. Phrasing in the form a question was neat, but I never fell for it since even that was a hassle. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
