Weird shortcut problem.
I think the picture says it all, really. For some reason Windows can't find my DVD writer [F:] when I try to access it from a shortcut. There are no problems when accessing it through My Computer.
Any ideas? ![]() Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I've tried several times, yes. Both using 'right-click'->make shortcut and 'dragging->dropping' the icon. Regardless though, it always turns out like this.
There's nowhere I can't reach. |
The result is the same regardless of whether there is or not, Grawl.
And I just noticed the same thing occurs when using a shortcut for my virtual drive as well. It should also be noted that there are no problems with shortcuts to hard drive partitions. Only optical drives, it seems. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
*bump*
Anyone got any ideas on what's going on here? I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
