This only happens if you chose to load data from an AC5 save file. Otherwise you get it after (if I remember correctly) two playthroughs.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

The burst missile is not very effective agaist airtargets*, no. Especially since it only does in damage the equivalent of one regular missile one each target. Against groups of groundtargets however, it's like a wet dream.

Spoiler:
The XB-0 is an exception.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

I'd suggest using the ADFX-01 with the laser. Depending on how accurate you are with the left analog stick, you can take down some of the ace squads relatively easily. ESPADA for example will hardly have a chance to pop up before you take them down. But more importantly, the final squad you meet (in which MOBIUS is a part) you will want to take care of as fast as possible so that you can concentrate on dodging MOBIUS' attacks. For some reason I always got to fight WIZARD at this point and luckily they are all lined up pretty close to each other so with a bit of luck and skill you can shoot down all four with one laser attack. I have no idea if this tactic will work if you face SORCERER or GAULT however.

I have to say though, this is the most difficult AC mission I've ever played. You really have to stay on your toes if you want to make it through alive

As well as mention of Pops from the Schwarze squad?
I felt a bit bad about shooting him down though =p

How ya doing, buddy?

Namco updates the AC0 site once a week, and the updates always contain a couple of new wallpapers. So hopefully they'll have made ones for all of the ace squads eventually.

No, they aren't.

tajisdurmin: While I'm sure there are people who would appreciate that list of aces, not everyone might, so using spoiler tags would be a good idea.

I noticed this as well. It would even make sense since the Jap version has dual language and the US version pretty much fills up the whole disc. Eitherway, the sound is AC0 is ridiculous. Is there any videogame that even comes close?

I believe it costed $200 bundles with AC5. Seems to go for around $150 on eBay.

The Morgan SP color scheme is the one Pixy uses. And the one for the Falken is jet black. Extremely simillar to one of it's other schemes, but less shiny. Sort of a disapointment that.

I'm pretty much done with the game now. Nothing left to do. Only thing I haven't unlocked is The Gauntlet.
Then you obviously haven't unlcked everything in the scene viewer either. And most probably not everything in the assault records. Not to mention getting S rank on every stage in free mission and purchasing every aircraft and special weapon. Sounds like you'd have a lot left to do.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Yeah, these changes in dialog are a great addition. It makes it feel like there are actually differances between the three ace styles. For example, there are some funny ones in the first mission. Pixy telling you about the stories he's heard about you and another friendly pilot makes a remark regarding what they'll be drinking when they get back to base.

Regarding Pixy and The Stage of the Apocolypse:
Did anybody catch onto the conversation with Wizard 1 and Pixy after the nuclear explosion? I didn't get what the hell it was until I turned on subtitles. I suppose it only confirms Pixy had his defection planned out ever since he first spoke with Wizard 1 back in Mayhem.

I don't even think it's possible to actually hear what they're saying there, it's just too garbled. It's an interesting tie-in though.

this game isn't all that hard.
So which is it going to be then?

You remind me of how spoiled kids are these days, with the (average) difficulty level in post 16-bit era videogames being a bloody joke.
