I'm willing to bet it's the SpeedStream 5200 if you are using SBC/AT&T/Verizon DSL as they seemed to have changed some of their network settings and the 5200s can have various problems on their network.
If this happens to be the case, call them up and have them send you the updated SpeedStream 4100 (yes it is the newer model even though the number is lower.)

It is setted up on a PPPOE connection, and used the modem that came with it, and it worked fine with the site. I think its the Linksys router...
Oh yeah, I just asked them yesterday, and got it about a hour later. I'm setting it up later when I get back from school. Got Finals to take

Other than that, it could just be plain simple ISP contention. Though I don't think that'd happen for specific sites like you're describing.

Just found out that its the boards for gamefaqs.com, any other parts I can freely surf. And I needed to have a static IP to use utorrent, maybe that could be the problem.
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
