That is SOOO right.
Having worked in the restaurant business for awhile, I can tell you guys that salt should be the least of anyone's fears. Things like this happen all the time.
If you want my opinion, its cops fault he went to mcdonalds. People get sick from eating McDonalds all the time. He acts as if he was in 5 star dining room.

Seriously, salt is the last thing a customer ever ask to remove from a burger. Hell they removed the lettuce more than the burger than the salt that comes along on it, or perhaps they don't even know that a burger even comes salted? :/
