Why isn't this function disabled while the "Today's birthday" function is gone.
Hmm, it's lower now and the same day, so maybe it doesn't reset every day, but does a database query checking activity in the last 24 hours. Could potentially be a lot of unnecessary strain on the server, but I'm not sure of all that it's taking.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
