http://pages.ebay.com/securitycenter/index.html Use that page to report him. Good luck, Ebay is very good at ignoring user problems. In the future, users that have 25,000+ auctions under their belt, regardless of the feedback that is given, should be avoided. Also, users who set their feedback to private is a HUGE red flag. Jam it back in, in the dark.
