Just finished season 5. Unfuckingbelievable. Easily the best season yet. Best writing on any show ever (besides season 1-3 of 24). Oh and Whitaker was damn awesome.

Spoiler:
I cry for Lem =(

Jam it back in, in the dark.

One of the best shows ever, anyone who says otherwise has serious problems, is returning in nearly two weeks now (sept 2nd). Similar to 24 it has had a hugggggge break due to the writers strike. With the LAST season all hell could break loose. Who knows what the hell may happen with the continuity of the six prior seasons so prevalent. I have never watched a show so intricately thought out where each episode since the beginning has had an impact on the following episodes and seasons.

Oh and season 6 dvd coming out Aug 26th if you missed it.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

Yeah, I noticed her, but don't know what to think as of yet. I really hope they can somehow bring back Kavenaugh or Antwone if story and time allows for it. However, I doubt the former. At least bring back Diro.

Spoiler:
I wonder what Vic and Ronnie are going to do with Shane. At the end there, they seem to be alluding to killing him, but I doubt that will ever happen unless it is an accident. Don't think they are like him and would go that far.

Also, did anyone else think that Ronnie totally had his own motivations in killing Zadofian before they revealed that it was a setup to get both of them off? For some reason I think Ronnie is going to turn on them at some point, but I hope he doesn't. Please no spoilers if they are out there.

Great acting by the strike team. I really hope Chiklis gets an actor nomination and maybe even goggins for supporting actor for the globes or emmys when it is all said and done. Goggins deserves it for his performance over the course of the series.

Oh and loled when Julien wasn't leaving so Vic and Ronnie could talk privately.

How ya doing, buddy?

Every episode great so far like usual. 1st and 3rd being the best eps. Love how stupid Rezian is. And what a display by Vic and Shane bullshitting each other at the end of the third.

I didn't like how they downplayed Mara with the package Shane wrote on the Strike team. It could come up in later eps, but I would think Mara finding out about everything else besides the money train and Lem would be pretty big. It was assumed she read it, since it was open right?

I seriously thought the last episode was one of the best ever. Fucking intense throughout.
Spoiler:
Shane did have me fooled in thinking that he didnt realize the setup
. The story has so been so damn solid before. It is a shame the show never got more viewers then it did. Thank god for DVDs though.

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Spoiler:
Shane: "I'll be right back." (VRRRRRROOOOOOOOM goodbye)

...

Vic: "You'll just anchor me to my desk, so its kiss my ass time. Claudette: "MACKEY! you do not interfere with this case. You rogue out on this and go sideways like you did with lemanski, I'll lock your ass up so fast."

Yeah the show just keeps getting better as we are coming to an end.

Spoiler:
Didn't see Vic taking immunity without Ronnie. He fucks up him and one more casualty in the ice chick who will likely be fired. For some reason, and I havent read spoilers nor do I want to know spoilers, I think Ronnie is going to kill Vic. It seems hard for me to believe and I don't know how, but I think he will. Even a crazier notion is that Claudette is so fucked up, she goes and kills him.

Last night was not only the best episode of the series but one of the best hours of television, ever.

I like how 99.0% of people with TV aren't watching the show that is clearly the top or in the top 3 best shows ever. You can put it past most cinema features too, it has been done so well.

How about that (vic laughing) "I was just too good" line, referring to acaveda, the barn, and Kavenaugh. Good stuff.
Spoiler:
and did anyone notice he threw Aceveda's name in there that HE KNEW HE KILLED TERRY CROWLEY. This is going to be equal to them concluding that Aceveda did nothing, and its gonna screw him over big time. This is just what I think anyway.

And Billings will NEVER ever get the barn again after the stunt he pulled.

I am going to be so sad when its all over.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
