Vision M firmware
My Creative Zen Vision: M froze the other day so I pulled a staple out of the wall and pressed the reset button. Everything seemed fine, the Zen began rebuilding, the bar got to the end but it didn't load up right away. I thought oh well it should load soon, an hour later I came back and it was still loading. I reset it again - same thing. after awhile I found the recovery mode and started by cleaning, then reformating the player, no luck. I finally tried reloading the firmware and that brings me to my current problem. I now have no firmware working on my Zen, and when I downloaded the firmware from here
it couldn't detect my zen. What should I do? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I've got an extended warranty, do most stores allow you to return broken products even if the shell is chipping, and there are a few big scatches on it?
EDIT: got a new one, exchanged the old one and got to keep my wall adapter so thread closed! There's nowhere I can't reach.
