Flight. Hands down, no contest. Flight is the one power I've always dreamed of having.
Ofcourse, with flight some things have to be assumed to come with it. Got to be able to fly atleast as quick as the fastest plane. Maybe twice the speed of the concorde? I could deal with that. And some sort of protective aura around you so you don't tear your skin off when you hit mach 3. Or freeze to death if you go too high. Or suffocate if you go too high. Other than that, give me flight any day. Failing that, probably super-speed. Jam it back in, in the dark.  GI Joe is the codename for America's highly trained special mission force.
