Yeah, we suck at space travel. =(
Isn't the farthest man-made craft Voyager 1? It just recently passed the termination shock and is in the heliosheath of our solar system. I don't remember how far that is, but it's not that far in terms of space travel. =( Jam it back in, in the dark.
