Be sure to clean the area first. Take your shower with soap/body wash THEN shave, then take a quick rinse off shower. Personally I don't shave anywhere but my face. I preffer to rip the hairs out by the roots.
Wait, are you talking about razors bumps just on the face? Maybe I misunderstood the subject. Jam it back in, in the dark.
