I have used AVG for years. I switched to it after I graduated as I was not allowed to use my University's antivirus.
I have no real problems with AVG. It's free, easy-to-use, and seems to do the job. The only time I can think of slow down is when it finds something. Then it takes quite a while and everything slows down. But I guess that's worth it for the purpose it provides. Just make sure you update it. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
