I'd say it's pretty bad when a song I listen to doesn't get stuck in my head. The ones that do are better than the ones that don't. I regard it as a mark of quality than anything else. I have no interest in passive listening.
My mind works funny...I think better (and do other things better) when I have songs stuck in my head. Jam it back in, in the dark.
