Try making an all new account on the machine and see if that one is able to access the net.

Are your mother's and sister's accounts Limited, or are they administrator accounts?
I'm not sure but if they're limited then you might have to set it up or something to allow them access; I'm not sure how myself :/ There's nowhere I can't reach. |
