I had the Loomis book downloaded originally, however I'm going to snag the PDF here. Anatomy for the Artist is an invaluable book. I really don't like anatomy books that use drawings, Loomis is basically showing you how to draw, the other Anatomy for the Artist book uses illustrations which ultimately have the artist's interpetation.
The photograph book features very clear photos of a variety of models, men, women, black, white, asian all varieties except they are all very fit. This book is fantastic for practicing figure studies, especially when you can't use a live model. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
