Ok, I had a small encounter of that sort.
Midway through FFXII, I was searching for a mark, the guy specifically said (and it was in yellow to showcase its importance) that the mark (The beast) was to be found in the Highlands of an area, but upon inspecting a FAQ, it was actually at the bottom-most portion of the area  |
Was this the Behemoth or something, yeah he was a pain to find, especially when you had to kill all the other monsters before they respawned. I also didn't like the fog, seriously.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
