I strongly recommend Media Player Classic as well. I suggest also pairing it with AC3Filter for the Mpeg, PCM, AC3 and DTS audio of DVDs.
Also for tricky (meaning copy protected) DVDs, give AnyDVD a try, it's a trialware program, so you'll need to crack it for usefulness beyond the 21 day trial period. EDIT: AnyDVD can bypass region codes and user restrictions as well (and copy DVDs). Jam it back in, in the dark. |
