I don't have a temper at all. In fact I'm very good at staying stable in the most outrageous circumstances.
When I do get very angry (which happens so rarely) I suppress my impulse to yell or become violent and instead use that to tackle the task at hand, or just to rouse myself to action to complete something I don't want to do. It's surprising how much stronger I am when I focus my rage on doing a job rather than throwing a fit. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
