Suggestion: ChocoRemoveTheFuckingUnusedSmileys

Getting rid of Elixir would save a whole lot more bandwidth then getting rid of the smileys. I like a lot of those smileys and as Mush said, nobody is forcing you to use them.

The "saving bandwidth" thing was just an excuse. It's not going to save bandwidth, but half of the ones I listed either aren't used appropriately, make one look stupid, or turn the sentence into malformed rubbish. Give me one instance where :ninja: fits into a sentence and doesn't make you look like a tard. Oh wait, upon preview it appears as if this one also stretched the sentence. Perfect.

Edit: God, this post looks terrible. This is what I'm talking about. If anyone's going to try and attempt to get their point across, sticking something such that ninja, the gigantic grin tard, and the lolsign in their posts, it just ruins the entire effect. If they're not needed, it won't hurt to replace them.

Attacking someone's avatar, and posting etiquette is not a very intelligent way to ignore the matter at hand. Perhaps if you actually took into consideration that these smilies are rarely ever used at all, are ugly as fuck, and aren't appropriate, then maybe others can consider to remove them and replace them with something that people will actually use. Search the forums and find out how many times the lolsign, ninja and other garbage smilies have been used, and who they've been used by.

The majority of these smilies can be replaced easily with others which will be more appropriate and usable on the forums. They don't all need to be original material and made by gamingforce members, but they don't have to suck which is what we currently have. But way to go with attacking me for making a suggestion.

There's absilutely nothing to stop you from hosting all the smilies you want somewhere and using them in your posts. Hell, maybe if you start spraying cool and awesome smileys every where, other folk will be inspired to use those instead of the apparently shitty ones we have here. Lead by example. Let your posts be a shining beacon of tasteful smiley use in an otherwise foggy forum. Use the massive weight of your popularity and influence here to lead other misguided 'tards out of the darkness of poor smiley usage.

You could be the smiley Moses, come to lead the retarded Israelites out of bad smiley Egypt. Or even better, you could be the smiley Messiah and sacrifice yourself so that others might have decent smileys.

Seriously child, nobody forces you to use smileys you don't like. Personally, I think most people's sigs here are eyesores so I turned them off. They don't bother me, I don't bother them and everyone's happy. Rather than getting upset when the poor misguided retards and noobs of GFF use offensive smileys, just be happy and smug in your own superiority and smiley taste. Maybe offer some helpful aesthetic advice in your replying post or send them a friendly PM but there's just no need for righteous crusading as in your opening post.
