Thing is though, are we really likely to see another generation any time soon? Nintendo seem happy enough to chuck out the same hardware over and over with new gimics attached and they never really caught up to
this generation. Sony are the only people losing money quicker than Facebook shareholders at the moment and whilst a new console
might revive the company, it'd be a big financial gamble for them and look how badly they fucked up with the Vita. At this point, MS don't really
need to release a new console since idiots remain content to buy a new version of CoD every six months on the 360 and now those same idiots are happy to pay a premium for dlc passes and whatnot, they're going to milk it for all they can get on current hardware rather than risk a new launch.
Tragically, it seems that the money men have control of gaming at the moment and everyone is suffering as a result.
There's nowhere I can't reach.
