Sorry to hear about your PP post, Spiderweb but like Styphon says, it's a pretty useful feature and it doesn't really take that long to find 10 or so meaningful things to say. ^_^

Bigblah knows but he's gonna keep it a secret. If it was common knowledge, people who wanted to circumvent the rule would simply drop the minimum number of spam posts and then start with the adverts.

It's enough to discourage the sort of people we don't want and few enough for you to pass it just after you've gotten a feel for how the board works.
