Edit: Also, Pang, I think I've got Sleep rather than Acid Arrow fired up since resting at the pub. Just thought I'd mention it as Acid Arrow is italicised on my wiki page and Sleep has proved rather useful in boss fights thus far.

The Horde's main aim is generally a game of "Who can get us all killed in the most amusing fashion" as much as anything. Sadly our collective Players of Much Awesomeness +4 and Dice Rolling of Fiendish Luck +3 have thus far kept us alive.

Just as a matter of interest, what modifier do those spiders get to hit on an opportunity attack? I thought a total AC of 24 would have saved me.

Also, it'll be really embarrasing if we get killed by spiders, having beaten a dragon, a troll, an orc warlord and whatever else we've murdered our way past so far.

Pang, I didn't realise Bob needed to save to shake off slowness, I thought it just stopped if we moved away from the spiders. As such, he wouldn't have been able to move so far away, do you want to move him one square south east?

Picking things up is a minor action right? Can you do that halfway through a move though? I mean, say someone was strolling back to join in a fight and walked past a small pile of discarded equipment en route and liked the look of a brooch they saw there and wanted to pick it up on the way, could they do that and still attack when they reached their destination?

Forcing you into a certain character to fit a role in the group would smack of taking the whole thing far too seriously and that would completely miss the point of the game so far. I can't speak for everyone else but the character's personality is far important than their skills in my opinion.

Hell, I think it'd be pretty amusing if we ended up with a party where everyone was exactly the same race and class. A minotaur bard only party would be the best thing ever.
