Legal rights in what context? You've got your miranda rights (the ones they explain when you get arrested) which basically state that you don't have to answer police questioning if you don't want to, and that you are entitled to a lawyer even if you can't afford one. To answer the question more accurately, you'd have to be more specific in that most of your rights will be determinate on the specifics of your situation. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
You need to read the lease agreement... (which is a legal contract) and see if they reserve the right to evict you without warning. Most places will issue a written notice as a warning that you are disturbing your neighbors.
