What city do you fucking live in.

Each state has slightly different laws for everything. Are you talking about the Bill of Rights? That's the first 10 in the Amendments.

And those first 10 Amendments mean nothing until they're incorporated by case law.

Legal rights in what context? You've got your miranda rights (the ones they explain when you get arrested) which basically state that you don't have to answer police questioning if you don't want to, and that you are entitled to a lawyer even if you can't afford one.

To answer the question more accurately, you'd have to be more specific in that most of your rights will be determinate on the specifics of your situation.

Also just because certain rights should exist don't mean you actually have them, which is why the guvvament has our cell phone records. YAYAS!~ Aw naw son I was only prank-calling Awsoma ben ladin

Well I live in LA and I wanna check my rights about the apartment where I'm living. They wann kick us out because the neighbors complaint BUT we never knew about it. That's why it shouldn't count but the manager won't change her mind so we wanna know what we can do about that cause we don't wanna move out.

You can get kicked out for any reason but you need to get a 30 day notice from the landlord. They just can't kick you out immediately.

You need to read the lease agreement... (which is a legal contract) and see if they reserve the right to evict you without warning. Most places will issue a written notice as a warning that you are disturbing your neighbors.

What were they complaning about? Are you damn kids playing that rap music hippin' and hoppin' till all hours of the morning or what? ;)

You know, they have these things called lawyers that could probably help you out. Atleast give you some advice. Probably better advice than an internet gaming forum.

I know you don't want to have to pay any money. But I don't want to have to pay any money for anything either. But I have too.

I found you a helpful link about eviction in California.

Good luck.
