I love both of them in their own way. Dark chocolate is supposedly better for you, but milk chocolate has a lighter flavor for desserts. However, organic dark chocolate is too bitter for me. It's funny to see the expression on my sibling's milk chocolate loving face when I made them try it .

Jam it back in, in the dark.

It's hard to find white chocolate around here that doesn't have a gritty texture. I like the main taste of white chocolate, but the texture of the white chocolate in this region is gritty.

There's nowhere I can't reach.
