That's very odd. I know that video games and computers can make a person dizzy, but only DDR games? You could try staying away from Zelda for a while (don't panic, try about a week) and then start playing it again to see if it helped. I know that I used to be able to walk up stairs without any trouble, but last year I started suffering a little bit of knee pain whenever I walk up them. Maybe all those years of gaming could have something to do with it.
I wouldn't recommend giving up gaming yet, just take a little break from those DDR games that are giving you a headache to see what happens. You should probably consult someone that has done a lot more gaming than I have to see what else could have caused it. Maybe too many negative waves.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
