Yup, looks like it's now one of the High Priority updates: http://i2.tinypic.com/11bhxt2.jpg. If you don't run automatic updates, you can simply go to the Windows Update site and select "don't show this update again" and you won't have to worry about it installing when you run updates. But if you did already install it, isn't it possible to uninstall the security update through the add/remove program tool and removing the KB905474 item? It looks like just a standard update as far as Windows is concerned. Alternatively, you could probably use System Restore to roll back a week and that should get rid of it as well.
